Originally from logging town in the mountains, his family eventually immigrated to Junon in hopes of a new life. Verdot lost both parents at the age of ten in an accident, but suspected foul play. The local law enforcement's investigation did not turn up many leads, however.Shinra's Head of Public Security at the time took an interest in him after he demonstrated total memory recall during questioning, eventually asking if he wanted to undergo training for ‘special people’. Having no other known living relatives and becoming fixated on the idea of revenge, Verdot agreed.He began rigorous physical and mental training almost immediately, in preparation for his entrance to a program specifically for field agents. He did not get special treatment, if anything, his instructors were harder on him due to his association.Arrogant and flamboyant, he proved to be not only skilled but popular with fellow agents- Much to the chagrin of his superiors. Fiercely loyal to his partners in the field, he would often get in trouble for refusing to leave other agents behind.Rising through the ranks through hard work and dedication, he eventually took over as the new leader of the Turks in his adulthood, though such a title and it’s expectations weighed heavily on his shoulders. He became more serious and taciturn, noticeably pulling away from others socially to maintain professional distance needed to make ‘hard decisions’.
